We understand that finding the right candidate is crucial for business success. To ensure client satisfaction, we offer a 60-Day Replacement Policy for eligible recruitment services, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

60-Day Candidate Replacement

If a candidate placed by V6 HR Services Pvt. Ltd. resigns voluntarily or leaves the organization within 60 calendar days from the date of joining, we will provide one suitable replacement candidate for the same position at no additional recruitment fee, subject to this policy.

The replacement process will begin after receiving written confirmation from the client regarding the candidate’s separation.

Eligibility for Replacement

The replacement policy applies when:

  • The candidate resigns voluntarily within 60 days of joining.
  • The candidate leaves due to personal reasons.
  • The position, job role, location, salary package, and hiring requirements remain unchanged.
  • The client has completed all agreed payment terms.
  • The replacement request is submitted in writing within 7 days of the candidate’s last working day.

Conditions Where Replacement May Not Apply

The replacement guarantee will not be applicable in the following situations:

  • The candidate is terminated due to company restructuring, downsizing, or project closure.
  • The job role, salary, location, reporting structure, or employment terms are significantly changed after the candidate joins.
  • The client delays salary payments or fails to provide a professional work environment.
  • The candidate is terminated due to workplace policy changes or circumstances beyond the recruitment process.
  • Outstanding recruitment invoices remain unpaid.
  • The replacement request is submitted after the eligible replacement period.

Replacement Process

To request a replacement, clients should provide:

  • Company Name
  • Contact Person
  • Position Filled
  • Candidate Name
  • Date of Joining
  • Last Working Date
  • Reason for Separation

After verification, V6 HR Services Pvt. Ltd. will initiate the recruitment process and make reasonable efforts to provide suitable replacement candidates within the standard recruitment timeline.

Replacement Scope

  • One complimentary replacement will be provided for each eligible placement.
  • The replacement candidate will be sourced using the same recruitment process and hiring criteria agreed upon for the original position.
  • Candidate availability and market conditions may influence the replacement timeline.

Limitation of Liability

While V6 HR Services Pvt. Ltd. is committed to identifying qualified candidates, final hiring decisions remain solely with the client. The company does not guarantee employee retention beyond the replacement period.
